We provide Silk Mark certification on all pure silk sarees and hallmark authenticity certificates with 92.5% sterling silver Tarakasi creations.
Q2. Why are there slight variations in weave patterns or natural dyes?
Handcrafted textiles and organic madder root (Kotpad) dyed products are shaped entirely by human hands on traditional pit looms. Subtle nuances in weave alignment or dye depth are not defects—they are the hallmarks of genuine non-mechanized heritage artistry.
Q3. What is your Pan-India shipping timeline and delivery fee?
We provide complimentary insured shipping across India on all orders exceeding ₹1,999. In-stock creations are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Bhubaneswar hub and usually arrive in 3–5 business days via Blue Dart and Delhivery.
Q4. How should I care for and store pure Sambalpuri silk sarees?
We recommend dry cleaning only. Store your pure silk sarees in breathable cotton or unbleached muslin covers. Avoid direct contact with synthetic perfumes or moisture, and air the saree in shade every few months to maintain its luster.
Q5. Can I commission custom bridal sarees or bespoke Pattachitra art?
