Return & Exchange Policy

We honor a 7-day exchange window from the date of recorded delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the handicraft or saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original archival gift box with all Silk Mark tags, GI badges, and certificates intact.

Due to the sacred and organic nature of custom bridal weaves or bespoke Pattachitra commissions, custom orders are non-refundable once weaving has commenced.

In the unlikely event of transit damage, please notify our care team at care@sallet.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and our team will arrange a prompt replacement or full store credit.
